To strengthen our Kasteel van Ordingen team, we are looking for a bartender/allround F&B professional. Kasteel van Ordingen is a five-star hotel, a gem in the heart of Haspengouw (close to Sint-Truiden and Hasselt). The estate includes 32 rooms and suites, Bistro Richard, wellness facilities, a lounge, and 3 meeting rooms for business events. As a member of Relais & Châteaux, we strive to provide an optimal guest experience in a familial and authentic environment.

As a bartender, you will be responsible for various tasks, and as an allround F&B, you will assist your colleagues in other departments. A bartender ensures the smooth operation both behind the scenes and at the bar.

• Welcoming guests, taking orders, and providing excellent customer service.

• Preparing and serving drinks according to recipes and our standards.

• Maintaining a clean and organized bar.

• Recommending drinks to guests based on their preferences.

• Processing orders and accurately managing the cash register.

• Assisting with ingredient preparation and inventory management.

• Experience as a bartender.

• Excellent communication skills and hospitality.

• Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.

• Flexibility with working hours, especially evenings and weekends.

• A sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
